Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above) energy healing practice that originated in Japan. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner to help balance the body, calm the mind, and support emotional and physical well-being.
Reiki is not a religion, it is based on the understanding that everything is energy. By helping to clear energetic blockages, Reiki encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and activates the body’s natural ability to heal and restore harmony
Body Work
Bodywork is a broad term for therapeutic practices that involve mindful touch to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. It includes different techniques such as massage, myofascial release, breathwork integration, and other hands-on methods that help release tension, improve circulation, and restore balance in the body. Beyond physical relaxation, bodywork can also help people reconnect with their bodies, process stored emotions, and create a deeper sense of awareness and grounding. It honors the understanding that the body holds experiences through intentional touch, those layers can gently unwind and integrate.
Tantra
Tantra is an ancient spiritual path that originated in India and honors the body, energy, and consciousness as sacred. It teaches that life force energy, including sexual energy, is not something to suppress, but something to understand, refine, and elevate with awareness.
In modern practice, Tantra is less about sexuality itself and more about presence, connection, and integration. It invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, awaken the senses, and cultivate intimacy, first within ourselves, and then with others.
At its heart, Tantra is about expanding consciousness through love, respect, and embodied awareness, seeing the divine in ourselves, in others, and in every experience.
